Hotel Schrofenstein is pleased to welcome the new operations manager Bernhard Gosch, who has been managing our traditional hotel in Landeck since July 2020. The native of Zams is proud of his new role in his old home. With his many years of experience in gastronomy – most recently as the gastronomy manager of Bergbahnen See – he brings new momentum to Hotel Schrofenstein. The 46-year-old trained chef is particularly passionate about the culinary arts at Hotel Schrofenstein, which he wants to present to international guests at the highest level.
Hotel Schrofenstein stands for personal and traditional culinary culture. I am pleased to be able to develop the traditional house even more into the culinary heart of Landeck – for locals and international guests alike.
